News

New TP Industrial head office reaches highest point

In order to anticipate on the ongoing changes in our industry, TP Industrial Yarns is  building a new head office. It will become a state of the art logistic centre ready for the future. The stock will be completely automised, enabling us to respond even quicker on market developments and demands.

It will be possible for customers to check their order or stock level, use customized labels and so on. All yarns will be tested in our inhouse labotory against the BISFA rules, as the European market is demanding increasingly higher standards and control on products produced outside Europe is needed.

Our new office will be finished in March 2012.

New yarns available

As the European market is changing rapidly and availability and lead times, even for specialty yarns, is getting more and more an issue, TP Industrial yarns is extending their product range. 

We are developing a line in PA 6 and PA 6.6 and PES in fine deniers (starting from 10 Denier) in High Tenacity yarns. On top of this we are expanding our product line with Aramide.
For all these yarns customized programs can be set up, project based orders, call off orders, specially developed types and so on.

Special requests

High Strength Polyethylene & Viscose Rayon are available upon request. The yarn count start from about 100 decitex going all the way up to (multi) plied in 150.000 decitex.

 

Converting

In order to meet our customers requirements we have established close partnership with ISO certified converters in Europe, enabling us to offer a very wide range of products.

Multiplying - We multiply yarns from 280 decitex up to 150.000 decitex. We also have the possibility to convert into S/Z or Z/S cable or cord constructions with high twist levels. 

Twisting - We twist yarns from 280 decitex up to 5500 with twistlevels ranging from 15 TpM up to around 500 TpM for cable or cord constructions.

Make-up - We carry all sorts of make up from cones to tubes to cylindrical tubes in normal or special (precision) winding.
