We provide custom engineered yarn products developed in accordance with the needs and performance requirements of the client, tested in-house in our own state of the art testing facility. Industries served include the offshore maritime industry, high performance ropes, high performance lifting application, the weaving segment and high-pressure hoses. To further support growth in high-end tailormade engineered applications, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial:
INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER(S)

CUSTOMIZED engineered yarns
You will be responsible for growing and maintaining customer relationships, you will increase market share in the engineered product solutions sector. You will participate in selected international networks, meetings and fairs, signaling relevant developments and identifying new opportunities. You will develop marketing and sales initiatives to targeted customers. By doing so, you are the first point of contact for your customers and you advise them on product applications, innovative concepts and new developments. You will maintain contacts at each level of the industry, from customers and end-users, to technical specialists, product developers and purchasers. You will identify and translate client requirements and needs to engineered product solutions. Furthermore, you will introduce new product concepts that add value to customer operations and complement current product lines. Given the international market focus, frequent and factual reporting will be required to ensure efficient communication between all stakeholders both internally and externally. You will report to, and work closely with the Sales Manager, inside Sales and the rest of the Sales and production team.
Energetic, commercially driven and entrepreneurial professional with a good existing technical understanding and/or willingness to learn. Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills. This enables you to relate to a diverse, international customer base and enable you to advise on multiple organizational levels. You are focused on building and maintaining long term relationships and have good analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving. To be successful in this position you need at least a (technical) Bachelor’s degree. Willingness to travel is key for this position.
Your work experience
Either making your first steps into your professional career (Junior) or a next step (medior) which includes technical sales background. Knowledge and experience in sales and converting synthetic materials is a plus, willingness to learn even a bigger one. You have excellent verbal and written skills in English & a secondary language like French, Spanish or Italian is a must.
– Initiate contacts with new and existing clients, identify (real) needs.
– Grow existing businesses and initiate new.
– Identify target markets/establish and track progress toward annual revenue targets.
– Act as Ambassador for TP Industrial Yarns. Represent professionally during client interactions, association meetings, trade shows, etc.
– Work closely with inside sales to secure orders and provide full client support.
