Marc is promoted to Sales
We're happy to announce that Marc has been promoted to the Sales department! This new role is a testament to his dedication and hard work. To kickstart his new position, Marc embarked on a business trip to Scotland and England with Friso. During this trip, they visited several key customers, strengthening our relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Marc is also committed to enhancing his management skills. He has enrolled in courses and training programs with Crestcom, a renowned leadership development organization. These courses are designed to equip him with the necessary skills to excel in his new role, to be your partner and help you to propel your ambitions with world-class customized yarns.
Quality & Production Team
Our quality and production team, comprising Maurice and Aleksandra, has been making significant steps too.
Aleksandra is now leading our testing facility, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Her thorough approach and attention to detail are invaluable to our quality assurance processes. She is making sure that the new testing area is functioning smoothly.
Maurice is leading the digital transformation of our entire production program. This ambitious project aims to streamline our production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy. Maurice's expertise in digitalization is crucial to this initiative, and we're excited about the improvements it will bring.
Master of International supply chain management
Tobias has recently decided to further advance his career within TP by pursuing a master’s degree in International Supply Chain Management. This decision not only offers him the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and skills in logistics and supply chain management but also positions him for growth into more strategic roles within the company.
With the new insights and expertise Tobias will gain during his studies, he will focus on various projects within TP, aiming to optimize and streamline internal processes. This means he will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure that the supply chain, from start to finish, operates smoothly and without interruptions.
